Grephil International Limited Was Incorporated on October 5, 1995, by the Corporate Affairs Commission.

To Provide Engineering, Procurement, Construction, And Manufacturing Services in The Oil and Gas Midstream, Upstream, And Downstream Sectors.

Strategically located at Kilometre 19, Aba-Port-Harcourt Expressway, Oyigbo, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria in proximity to the Oil and Gas Industry region, the company is situated in an expanse of land measuring 26, 857.09 square meters.

The facility houses the Administrative Block, Gigantic Warehouses, massive stock of Static Equipment second-to-none in Nigeria, laydown Areas, and the Factory for the manufacturing of Threaded bars, Stud Bolts, Nuts, and Washers; Electro-Plating/PTFE Coating, Gaskets, Fittings, Flanges, Industrial Fabrications, Sand/Abrasive Blasting, and Calibration of Valves, etc.

Factory Commissioning

  • Commissioning of Grephil Manufacturing Facility

A great milestone was achieved by Grephil International Limited on The 8th Of August 2022 when the factory was commissioned by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) under the leadership of the Executive Secretary, Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote, in a team of the captains of the industry for the;

a). Manufacturing of;

– Bolts, Nuts and Washers (PTFE Coating, Electroplating, Zinc-Nickel, Stainless Steel, etc.).

– Pipe Fittings – Split Tees, Sole Sleeves, and Pipe Clamps and Spools.

– Gaskets and Shrinkable Sleeves.

– Processing of Semi-Finished Flanges and Fittings.

b). Fabrication/Rehabilitation and Upgrade of equipment in the oil and gas industry.

c). Calibration of Valves.

d). Abrasive/Grit Blasting.

Grephil International Limited has fully embraced the Nigerian Content initiative and is committed to the development of the local content policy.

To this effect, the company is incorporating the plan into its business as part of her immense contribution to the sustainable development of Nigeria and project bearing communities in particular. Therefore, in carrying out our activities, we have established the following principles;

  • The Nigerian Content Policy is all about maximizing the use of Nigerian owned facilities, thus assisting to develop indigenous service providers and enable them to attain excellence.
  • The Company shall undertake research and technology with a portion of our gross profits to finding and developing local substitutes for a majority of our products currently sourced overseas.
  • The Company shall extensively ensure protection of environment respect for human and social rights of employees and contribution to local economic development.
  • The Company shall encourage local supplies for the purchase of items used in the course of the day-to-day running of the company, except where such items cannot be procured in country.
  • Quality Policy

In our service delivery, we are focused on quality, innovative, and cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet the present-day challenges of the oil and gas industry. We are committed to ensure adherence to and satisfaction of customers, other relevant interested parties, all applicable requirements; and the continual improvement of the QMS by constantly reviewing this policy for suitability during management review meetings.

This statement of our commitment is appropriate to the scope and nature of our operations defined in the Scope of our Integrated Management System (IMS); the Context of our Organization as detailed in our Apex Manual, Context of the Organizations Procedure, Internal & External Issue Logs, and Needs & Expectations of our relevant Interested Parties; and also supports our strategic direction as detailed in the Business Plan.

The Policy statement provides a framework for the establishment and reviewing of the quality objectives which shall be developed by each process head and approved by top management.

This is communicated and understood by all personnel and applied within the organization, available to relevant interested parties as appropriate to our organization and maintained as document information.

We are committed to the protection of the environment; including prevention of injury and ill health and risks; pollutions such as waste and noise management, and other specific commitments such as sustainable resource use by managing scarce resource like water, energy and land in an environmentally sensitive manner; climate change mitigation & adaptation and the protection of biodiversity & ecosystems by looking for ways to minimize risk and protect our employees and the communities in which we operate by employing clean and safe technologies, and operating procedures, as well as being prepared for emergencies.

We shall strive to minimize environmental aspects and occupational health hazards through the use of safe chemicals and considerations to the environment. We shall minimize the amount of waste generated and will ensure safe handling and disposal of waste; the continual improvement of the EMS and OH&S performance by constantly reviewing this policy for suitability during management review meetings. We shall make this policy available to relevant interested parties; and also adhere to all applicable obligations and regulations.

This policy stated above is appropriate to the scope and nature of our operations defined in the Scope of Integrated Management (IMS); OH&S hazards/risks as contained in the Hazard Registers, the Context of our Organization as detailed in our Apex Manual, Context of the Organizations Procedure, Internal & External Issue Logs, and Needs & Expectations of our relevant Interested Parties; and the environmental impacts of our activities, products and services as contained in the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register.
