6. Split Tees & Sleeves and Pipe Clamps

  • GREPHIL Split-Sleeves are designed to reinforce corroded, non-leaking, weakened, dented, or damaged pipelines, while the Split-Tees are for the repair of illegal connection (IC), where the IC points cannot be cut out.
  • Both Split-Tees and Split-Sleeves are designed per application to fit properly on the outside diameter of the pipeline. The sleeve can be welded longitudinally, and circumferentially for pressure containment.
  • GREPHIL Split-Tees and Split-Sleeves are designed to and/or conform with the requirements of ASME PCC-2, ASME B31.4, and ASME B31.8. Customers can also specify the wall thickness and material yield strength or provide the design factor (class location) and design pressure of the pipeline and GREPHIL will calculate the required thickness. Our Split-Sleeves can also be specifically designed in accordance with Client specification.
  • The Lockbolt Clamps are conventional clamps that can be welded to line pipe for permanent repair following company specification.
  • Viton Seals for the production of the “Lockbolt Clamp” are sourced from accredited OEMs.

7. Shrinkable Sleeves and Cathodic Protection

8. Cable Support Systems and Flooring Pannels/Stair Treads

  • Cable Support Systems

Materials range from stainless steel, carbon steel, electro-galvanized, per-hot-dipped galvanized, high silicon steel to aluminium. Finishing ranges from hot-dipped galvanized (BS EN ISO 1461:1999), epoxy powder coating to fluoropolymer coating. Our cable ladders are successfully load tested and certified to NEMA VE-1-1998 Class 20C standards. Cable trunking is tested and certified to SS249:1981.

  • Flooring Pannels/Stair Treads

Grating, Stair Treads BS 4360 GRADE 43A, DIN 17100 -ST.52-3U, HOT DIP GALVANIZED, etc.

9. Barrel Doors and Bolt Tensioning

  • Barrel Doors (Quick Opening Closures)

Quick closures cover ranges from 2“to 72″ with pressure up to Rating 2500, and temperatures from -46 ° C to + 315 ° C.

Types include: – Quick threaded closure (QOC THD); Double CLAMP quick closure. Quick closure with SECTOR locking system.

Materials grades: – Forged carbon steel and stainless.

Seals: – Built with replacement seals which make it unique from other products.

  • Bolt Tensioning

We offer for sales and rental a full range of Square Drive or Low-Profile Hydraulic Torque Wrenches and power consoles for Topside and Subsea Tensioning.

10. Marine Rubber Fenders and Monolithic Isolation Joints

  • Marine Rubber Fenders

The diameter ranges from 150 to 2000mm. The length is supplied according to customer’s specifications. The performance ratio is very high and can be connected in several different ways-horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, it can also be adapted to the corners of the dock.

  • Monolithic Isolation Joints

Available sizes range from 50 NB to 1200 NB (2″ through 48″) and pressure rating from ANSI 150 to ANSI 10,000 Standards: – ASTM, GB, API, DIN, JIS.

11. Heating and Filtering Devices
